Megavar Commits to Expansion

Megavar has committed to business growth by investing in local presences in Western Australia and Queensland.

The new offices come as a response to the proven demand for Megavar’s products and services, as major High Voltage asset owners invest in the quality and reliability of their systems, as well as significant new developments occurring in both states.

CEO Matthew Geoghegan sees the new offices as key steps in growing the Megavar brand and committing to servicing local markets at the best possible cost.

“As our business continued to grow across the country, we recognised the importance of a local presence to provide our clients on the West and East Coasts with a higher degree of service,” said Matthew. “By having local offices, we will also be better able to actively pursue other industries, such as gas and mining, while leveraging our successful platform”.

In March 2013 Megavar opened our Queensland office and commenced attracting skilled employees and investing in equipment to better serve the local market.

This week has seen the opening of the Perth Western Australia office with a view to staking a claim on the local market and implementing our growth strategy.

Megavar’s office in WA is located on the Great Eastern Highway in Ascot, to allow fast and efficient access to the airport for movement of staff and equipment to our customer’s sites.

The opening of two significant local offices will allow Megavar to attract and train staff to deliver our specialist services creating valuable employment opportunities.
