Yes, the minimum hire is one day. Day rates are published in four bands: 1 to 7 days, 8 to 14 days, 15 to 28 days and 29 to 90 days.
We stock calibrated HV test equipment: relay test sets, primary injection and CT and VT test sets, transformer diagnostics, VLF and AC resonant hipot sets, partial discharge, insulation resistance and micro-ohm meters, earth testing, battery testing and thermal imaging. In most cases, yes. A refundable security deposit may be required, especially for high-value equipment or new customers.
Absolutely. All of our equipment is fully tested, maintained, and supplied with a current calibration certificate where applicable.
In-stock items can usually be dispatched the same day for delivery or pickup. We offer express courier and shipping across Australia.
The hirer is responsible for the safe return of all equipment. If an item is damaged or lost during the hire period, repair or replacement costs may apply as set out in our Terms and Conditions: Test Equipment Hire.
Yes. Contact us before your return deadline. Continuing hire is invoiced every 7 days at the rates on your quote.
When we ship with our carrier, up to 72 hours of transit each way is not charged as hire. Hire starts at delivery or 72 hours after dispatch, whichever is earlier, and ends at handover to our carrier or 72 hours before the equipment reaches us, whichever is later. If you arrange your own freight, hire runs from dispatch until the equipment is back with us. If you collect in person, hire runs from collection to return.
